2. The Ho Chi Minh City’s Peace and Development Foundation is an organization in Ho Chi Minh
City, a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO).
3. The HPDF’s functions are for the purpose of peace and social progress.

4. The HPDF’s scope of activities is to:
- Mobilize foreign organizations to help victims of Agent Orange / dioxin; enlist the sympathy and support of international friends in the struggle for justice for victims of Agent Orange in Vietnam.
- Join in writing articles published in the Vietnam Writers Association and the newsletter of Vietnam Peace and Development Foundation.
- Campaign the scholarships to help poor students in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces.
5. The Executive Committee comprises:

· Mr. Trần Văn An, Vice-Chairman
· Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mỹ Tiên, Vice-Chairwoman and General Secretary
All institutions, organizations, individuals who voluntarily join the HPDF, complete the registration process and agree with the HPDF’s mandates, purposes and regulations are recognized as members of The Ho Chi Minh City’s Peace and Development Foundation (as collective membership, sub-association, or individual membership). Subscriptions are based on the mutual and voluntary agreement.
